Who we are

RepoLens (“we”, “us”) is a property-information service operated by Tunelo, based in South Africa. We aggregate publicly published sale-in-execution notices from the South African Government Gazette and bank repossession feeds. You can reach us at hello@tunelo.co.za.

What we collect

  • Analytics data — if you consent to analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, referral source). IP addresses are anonymised. We do not use this data to identify you personally and we do not run advertising.
  • Server logs — like any website, our hosting records standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, page requested, user-agent) for security and reliability. These are retained for a limited period and not used to build profiles of you.
  • Things you send us — if you email or WhatsApp us, we keep that correspondence to respond to you.

Consent & cookies

Analytics cookies are only set after you accept them via our consent banner. Until then, analytics runs in a restricted, cookieless mode (Google Consent Mode). Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor. We are not affiliated with any bank, attorney, bond originator, or financial services provider — contact details shown on listings belong to the relevant sheriff or attorney as published in the Gazette.

Your rights (POPIA)

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, and you may object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@tunelo.co.za. If you are unsatisfied, you may lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
