RepoLens

Cancellation Policy

Last updated: July 2026

RepoLens is operated by Tunelo (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/298503/07, in South Africa. There is no minimum term, no lock-in contract and no cancellation fee on any RepoLens plan. This policy explains how to stop a paid subscription and what happens next. For money back, see our Refund Policy.

How to cancel

Email hello@repolens.co.za from the address on your subscription, or message us on WhatsApp at 064 682 5751, and tell us you want to cancel. That is all that is required — you do not have to give a reason, sit through a retention call, or send a written notice period. We acknowledge within one business day and confirm in writing once the subscription is stopped.

When it takes effect

We stop the recurring payment immediately, so no further amount is taken from your card. Your paid features stay switched on until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you cancel a monthly plan on day three, you keep same-day alerts and unlimited watches for the rest of that month; if you cancel an annual plan, you keep them until the anniversary date, unless you are within the fourteen-day window in the Refund Policy and ask for the balance back instead.

What happens to your alerts

Cancelling a paid plan does not delete your account or unsubscribe you. When the paid period ends you move to the free plan and keep receiving the Monday digest for one filter. Nothing is lost, and you can move back to the paid plan later without setting your watches up again. If you would rather receive nothing at all, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any alert email, or ask us and we will remove you entirely.

If a renewal payment fails

A failed payment is not treated as a cancellation. We retry the charge and let you know so you can update the card. If it still cannot be collected, the subscription reverts to the free plan rather than being closed, and you are not billed for the period you did not receive.

Cancellation by us

We may stop a subscription where an account breaches our Terms of Service — for example bulk redistribution of our listings, or using the alerts to send unsolicited marketing to people named in a notice. If we end a paid subscription for any reason other than a breach by you, we refund the unused portion of what you paid.

Deleting your data

Cancelling and erasure are separate requests. If you also want the personal information we hold about you deleted, say so and we will action it under the Protection of Personal Information Act, as described in our Privacy Policy.
